Hello all,

I am working on a Chrysler mechanical auto seek AM-FM Stereo radio from the early to mid 70's and I have a couple GM mechanical auto seek AM-FM stereo radios. This has me wondering did Ford, Mercury or Lincoln ever have a mechanical auto seek AM-FM stereo radio?

I think it would be kind of neat to incorporate into a Ford full size if such a unit existed.

I did find a picture of a Lincoln AM-FM stereo mechanical auto seek. I knew Ford had an old AM auto seek way back, just wasn't sure if they bothered with a later one with FM stereo.

If you want a laugh, here's a 1974 Chrysler Imperial AM-FM stereo mechanical auto seek I just overhauled. Good grief is this radio cheesy.

I think the Lincoln mechanical auto seek radio is a bit too big in the face plate for it to work in the '65/'66 or '68 Ford dash.
